The current condition of Coronavirus Bangladesh is still a matter serious concern, because of the deadly behaviors of the virus. Though the virus has been causing mass destruction in some developed countries such as Italy, Spain, France, USA, UK etc. and some developing countries like Iran, India. Bangladesh yet not in a way of better condition.A lot of people are paying the price in exchange for their lives. So, all the concerned stakeholders have urged everyone to take the necessary steps to remain safe from the virus. However, the low-income people, especially the daily earners, have been hit hard due to low presence of people across the Dhaka city and adjacent Savar Municipality for amid coronavirus pandemic. The day laborers, rickshaw pullers, small shop owners, hawkers, beggars, Garments worker, butchers and other low-income people have been going through a tough ride amid decline in income and high prices of essential items.

Considering the context, Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) as led formed a consortium within very short time to follow the basic procedure of HRGF. The other consortium members are Center for Disability in Development (CDD), Shobujer Ovijan Foundation (SOF) and Social Re-animate and Welfare Organization for Tattered (SRWOT) Bangladesh.
